Excellent customer service from Josh (sales rep) and Kaleb(finance manager)! I was on the hunt for a while for my toyota sequoia for a while and i came across the ad at cronin. I live in Dallas tx so i was willing to make the flight to purchase the vehicle. Did all my negociations and options over the phone and josh was very attentive during the whole process. Once i settled for everything set and stone kaleb even offered to have someone pick up my family at the airport which is almost 2 hours away from the airport! The whole process took an hour long to drive out of the dealer with my new vehicle. If i hadent been on a time crunch to head back home I would’ve treated these gents to lunch because of how satisfied i was with the customer service! Cronin, yall are doing something right with these gents!

I was looking to purchase a used Toyota from another dealer in Richmond and coming from about 2 hours away was trying to coordinate an inspection. I called Cronin Toyota and spoke with Brad in the service department. Just let me say, honestly, I think Brad should be the international ambassador for Toyota! Brad said not to worry about coordinating the appointment time as he knew things happen to always mess that up. He said just show up we'll take care of you. Well I did and he did! The tech assigned for the inspection took over an hour with the vehicle and compiled a detailed report of some minor fixes. He even commented on the clean condition of the vehicle and mechanical soundness. Brad was fantastic relaying the facts and explaining the issues found. I honestly felt like I was purchasing a new Toyota from Cronin. Every employee encountered was friendly, attentive and polite, the facility is modern and clean. Oh, and it's huge! Cronin Toyota, you can be proud of your business and your staff, but Brad hit it out of the park!!!!! Very easy 5 ⭐!

My wife was looking for a white Honda Pilot which were few and far between. She found one at Cronin Toyota and made the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership to check it out. It was a terrific experience from the moment she stepped into the dealership until the deal was finalized. She worked primarily with Lance who was fantastic. He answered all of her questions and he, along with Ronnie, were able to put a deal together that met her requirements without any problems or tension. The entire process was smooth sailing all the way. When we picked up the car we noticed a low hum with the AC and they immediately took it back to service and fixed it. They also replaced the timing belt and brakes at their cost. We worked with Kelsey on the financing and again just a great experience. We were able to get an extended warranty and still keep the payments below her threshold. It was well worth the 3 hour round trip drive to Cronin Toyota and I would highly recommend them as indicated by my 5 star review. Thanks guys for all your help.

Drew Duncan at Cronin Toyota ........AMAZING! We live in Texas, our daughter goes to school at Ball State.......she needed a new car immediately!!!! We tried to go through a dealership in Fischer for almost a week...... 3 sales people, financial person, 2 managers later we still didn't have the paperwork they promised and already collected our down-payment and sent a thank u letter for buying from them, when we didn't buy ANYTHING from them. So I took action wrote a few other dealerships with similar vehicle we were looking for and told them all that whoever could help us the fastest we would buy from them. We had a large down-payment and approved loan just needed paperwork and the vehicle. Drew stepped up to the challenge immediately. Every step we felt more and more comfortable. We told him exactly the situation and in hours we completed everything. Soooooo very grateful for his patience and kindness towards our daughter. I could not be more pleased with the purchasing process for my new 2015 Nissan Murano! Drew Duncan was a terrific salesman and was very courteous and professional. He made it very comfortable throughout, since buying a car can take a few hours getting everything in line. And Mike, the finance manager was great and informative. The additional add ons were fully explained and we felt we made a good decision on agreeing to add them to the purchase.....better safe than sorry! I’ve been to various dealerships looking for an SUV for months now. I was told by numerous sales people that finding the said SUV wasn’t going to be possible. 4 reviews 3 months ago I rate Cronin Toyota with five stars and here’s why. While traveling with my travel trailer to visit family my trailer brakes began to act up. My service technician told me over the phone to reset the brake controller by taking a ternal of the trucks battery. Little did I know that when I reconnected the battery the antitheft device was armed, began to alarm, and the truck would not start. I tried everything but ended up having The truck towed to Cronin Toyota nearby. There I was met by Nathan Faddis Who quickly got me in although it was near the end of the day. Then Brent Whitehead quickly diagnose the problem and reset the trucks anti-theft device within an hour allowing the truck to start. Accolades to Nathan and Brent. I would recommend Cronin Toyota to any of my friends.

Yesterday my husband and I purchased our very first brand new car! We worked with Kelsey and Bryce were both amazing.
